Job Description

Growth is a critical component of our business plan, and we are currently looking for an Assembly Engineer in our Marshfield, WI to help us in that growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed truck models and layout drawings per customer requirements utilizing SolidWorks CAD software
  • Create/maintain installation drawings utilizing SolidWorks CAD software
  • Create new manufactured assemblies and drawings for fabrication
  • Perform Engineering Change Notices
  • Interact with Engineering, Technicians, Parts, Procurement to create/maintain bills of materials in our JDE ERP system
  • Utilize the JDE ERP system to create part numbers following the proper naming process and data entry requirements
  • Timely execution of responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Solidworks and 3D Cad experience required
  • Knowledge of drawing standards
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate proficiently and professionally
  • ERP System experience a plus, but not required
  • 3-5 years' experience

Education:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • CAD Certificate or Associates Degree in Engineering/Design/Drafting (Preferred)
