40Gundersen Health System is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Engineer Associate to join our Network Services team!
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Cisco solutions including Call Manager (UCM), gateways and endpoints.
Optimize and troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration to ensure exceptional voice and video quality for users
Provide technical support as needed to internal stakeholders
What's Available:
Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with the occasional need to work outside of typical hours as needed based on business needs.
Location: Onalaska, Wisconsin Support Services Building
An Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of experience and education
1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager
1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity Connections
1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Voice Gateways
1.5+ years of experience with Analog Voice Circuits
Prior experience with Cisco UCCE, CPV, Cisco Emergency Responder, RedSky, and Cisco ISR Routers also a plus
Valid Driver's License (DL)
