Gundersen Health System is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Engineer Associate to join our Network Services team!

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Cisco solutions including Call Manager (UCM), gateways and endpoints.

  • Optimize and troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration to ensure exceptional voice and video quality for users

  • Provide technical support as needed to internal stakeholders

What's Available:

  • Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with the occasional need to work outside of typical hours as needed based on business needs.

  • Location: Onalaska, Wisconsin Support Services Building

An Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of experience and education

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity Connections

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Cisco Voice Gateways

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Analog Voice Circuits

  • Prior experience with Cisco UCCE, CPV, Cisco Emergency Responder, RedSky, and Cisco ISR Routers also a plus

  • Valid Driver's License (DL)

Job Description:

Ensures technology domain capabilities (network, storage, etc.) are aligned, cost-effectively, with the long-term needs of the enterprise and technology architecture
