Job Description
The Digital Media Specialist works across multiple aspects of the paid media program for Sentry paid media campaigns and serves as the internal subject matter expert on paid media campaigns with a focus on programmatic, affiliate and display advertising campaigns. This role supports day-to-day details of advertising campaigns and serves as a liaison between our agency partners and key internal stakeholders to ensure excellence in campaign execution to drive business growth.

For this position, Sentry does not offer employment to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas.

What You'll Do

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee, analyze and make informed recommendations with regard to agency digital advertising campaign pitches. Ensure proposed campaign meets business objectives and integrates with overall marketing strategy/
  • Develop, foster and maintain trust and credibility with project team both internally and externally with vendor agencies. Bridge communication, project management deliverables, and daily support between local internal stakeholders and agencies. Align closely with workflows to deliver on-time launches and project timelines/
  • Review, support, and provide feedback for day-to-day project management of our programmatic, affiliate and display advertising campaigns. Drive key project decisions, meeting outcomes, and contribute deliverables.
  • Ensure all digital marketing campaigns comply with federal and state privacy laws including, but not limited to (California Consumer Privacy Act) CCPA and (California Privacy Rights Act) CPRA.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and our Agency of Record to provide regular campaign updates ensuring clear and effective communication among internal teams.
  • Oversee and monitor campaign budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Optimize resource allocations and identify potential cost-saving opportunities to meet project objectives.
  • Proactively support accounting/finance teams in highly accurate and clear budget/invoice management. Support fiscal accountability of ad spend and reconciliation of ad campaigns.

Additionally, you will:

  • Maintain knowledge of paid media trends and stay abreast of new developments or changes to ensure latest approaches are implemented.
  • Maintain a calendar with internal demand gen team to ensure synergies between paid search, social media, and agency-initiated advertising campaigns where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing analysts to monitor Invalid Traffic rates.

What it Takes

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience in Digital Advertising or Project Management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner preferred
  • Strong analytics skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
