Position Title: Welder - 2nd Shift

Wage: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:30pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday), Overtime As Needed - 3:30pm - 8:30pm (Friday)

Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform fluxcore welding on various metal components according to blueprints, sketches, and specifications
- Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate electrodes, gas and wire feed settings
- Ensure welding equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Inspect welded surfaces, structures, and components to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding project progress and potential issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Welder Requirements:
- Welding certification or relevant training preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Proven experience as a Fluxcore Metal Welder or similar role
- Proficient in fluxcore welding techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with a variety of welding processes and techniques
- Able to interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to welding operations
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
