BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- B.A. / B.S. in Business, Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field with minimum of 7 years of business development experience preferably in a professional services industry.
- Proven track record of success that includes strategic planning, marketplace research and analysis, lead development, prequalification, BD plan management and implementation.
- Champion team selector and player for design projects.
- Exceptional presentation / communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to create and deliver sales plans that result in corporate growth.
- Willingness to travel in a Midwest region.
